PERMANENCE HAUPTBAHNHOF ZURICH is the fist private medical station in Zurich which provides urgent out patient care for local residents of the Zurich area and for tourists without prior appointments.

Located on Bahnhofplatz in the central railway station building it is open on an outpatient basis every day (including weekends and holidays) of the year from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

An experienced staff of general practitioners and internsts and modern equipment (X-ray, laboratory tests, EKG, ultrasound examinations as well) allow diagnosis and treatment for most non hospital conditions.
The Permanence Hauptbahnhof Zurich is open to travelers, hotel guests and local residents who cannot reach their own doctors. After emergency consultation the patient will receive a written report of the findings to be handed to his doctor for followup. When needed patients will be referred on to specialists in Zurich or placed in hospitals.
A large pharmacy (Bahnhofapotheke) is connected door to door with Permanence, so that patients can get the perscribed drugs without delay.
